Kathmandu Valley is a city rich in art and culture. Located at an altitude of almost 1400 meters above sea level, it is one of a kind, surrounded by hills from all directions. The valley consists of 3 different cities with their own unique histories. Kathmandu, also the capital of Nepal, has a history of over 2000 years. Situated in the heart of the city, it is a place with its own uniqueness. Buildings and temples that date back from the 16th century and onwards can be seen. This is the place where the history of Nepal starts from as a whole. It is also the place of the living goddess.
